Just saw this one and damn she looks sexy...i even went and tracked her down too so i could see the rest of the photoshoot. Chiara A of Met-Art is her name photoshoot by Luca Helios dated 5-22-2009.
I was actually able to trace her to met-art because of the chair she was sitting in lol. Nothing on reverse image lookup, nothing on tumblr. Found her on a pic blog and went do to the original retweet which pointed to another blog. While looking for her on the second blog site i spotted another girl also in a chair and the seat back was identical. The other girls pic *did* have a watermark with met-art and Luca Helios on it. From there just had to look through all of Lucas photoshoots on met-art until i spotted her and of course her preview pic had the chair in it hehe.
