Fruit lovers - what's your favorite kind of apple?

Pink Lady apples. I just discovered one of these beauties in our fruit bowl at home, and maybe I was in one of those appreciate life moments, but I was wowed by how good they are.

Not only are they crisp and delicious but visually appealing, like a nice juicy pussy.

Speaking of which, don't get me started on Granny Smith, I could munch down on that all day. :yummie:

My favorite was a cross between Pink Lady and Gala. After I ate the few I bought I've never been able to find any more to buy. I've looked for years. I definitely like apples on the more tart side.
