Government ID?! What? That's crazy. I do not understand social networks sometimes. I've had a Facebook for my modeling name for years and have yet to run into any problems. I've even posted pics in my lingerie, bikinis, and once accidentally had a bit of nipple showing. Oh I even had a pic with a tiny bit of crotch showing, and they never nabbed any of it. Luckily I deleted those 2 before they got the chance, but still. I also post watermarked photos, links, and my site link, and haven't gotten any warnings or anything from them.

Government ID, wow. I'm pretty sure no one else has to do that, so I really don't see how they can justify that. Hell, there's people who don't use names at all, they'll use made up words, company names, all sorts of stuff.

I personally don't think it's really facebook or other social networking sites people are falling foul of, at least not automatically.

During the incredibly short period of time I was on facebook I saw several models who repeatedly had pages closed while others in the same social network were able to carry on posting whatever they wished.


I think, that if you have a large enough presence or you've got a fucking halfwit ex-fan you didn't fawn over, you're in the social media **** pile and will get most things you try to set up stopped. Not just on facebook, but in other social network sites, Twitter, Yahoo groups and so on.


Rebekah Dee had pages taken down a few times for no apparent reason and no longer bother, same thing happened with yahoo groups when she used them while groups with some seriously hardcore images were left.
Georgie Lyall, not too long after there was an unflattering story about her in one of Scotland's newspaper her twitter page was shut down and until that story, it was all OK.

The issue is that they won't let certain adult sites or models on simply because they work in the adult industry, even if they have no intention of posting any nudity at all. Heck, SuicudeGirls is on there and they post safe photos all the time and link to their site.

Them blocking FreeOnes is to the point that you can't even type 'FreeOnes', with or without the .com bit, without Facebook automatically removing it from your sentence. When you can't even have the words on there, that's going a bit too far.
