I loved the movie. Monica Keena is fucking hot, and I loved that shot of her tits when Freddy was about to kill her before she woke up. I agree about the chick from Destiny's Child, Kelly Roweland, a good piece of ass, but can't act for shit. The theatre literally applauded when she was killed by jason. Great movie for die hard horror fans. Definitely going into my DVD collection. Ronnie Yu is a fucking genius director!!

I've said it once and ill say it again, Freddy isnt scary, Jason was cool but his time has passed. I'm telling all of you that the true horror movie king is and always will be Michael Myers from Halloween; and i'm talking the original Halloweens from the 70's, not the badly made teen movie like new ones of late. Give props to the true king of horror films!:nanner:

Dude only one halloween movie came out in the 70s, part 2 did not come out until 1981. I love the holloween movies as well. How can you say freddy is not scary, what makes him scary is how he can easily fuck with your head, and how freaky is it that you can die in real life from your own nightmares? Freddy is way scarier than Jason, who only kills when horny ass teens are fucking each other cause his bitch of a mother was against it as well. I was so pissed that he ended up as the victor in the battle, I just hope there is a second movie so freddy can redeem himself. Also I can't wait to see how the new Texas Chainsaw massacre movie will turnout, the trailer is creepy enough as it is, will the movie live up to the trailer. I certainly hope so!! peace

okay movie.
FREDDY is the better of the two.
if i recall, at the end when jason walked out the water with freddy's head you heard freddy laughing as if he's using jason again to bring him back.
thats what i got from the ending.
that would make freddy the victor!

No it just sets up for a sequel, you cannot kill these 2 characters. They made it look like jason won, but technically nobody won the battle, the hot ass bitch somewhat killed freddy by beheading him, and it also looks like somesort of dream sequence, so I guess the producers felt one movie is not enough and made it too close to call. Lets hope the next one drops the stupid ass teens, and just makes it a round 2 battle, but you know they will throw in some other background story. All in all I loved this movie.

you'll find out later that it was all a dream from one of the guys in the mental ward. It was a kid who saw Jason kill, but was too young at the time, so he didn't get killed and whatnot.
He found out about Freddy Krueger form one of those guys who where locked up in the ward from the movie.

But thats just my opinion, for all I know they havent even started writing the second one.
