Many people used Megaupload to host contents that weren't for sale anywhere. Now just because those bastard from Universal, Warner and Sony decide it everything is lost !

I dont like the fact that the feds can just kill a site like this but lets just be real here, megaupload was built to pirate content. The only reason they were doing this was to make money of other peoples work, in a legal way using the DMCA loophole. Yes some people used it for legit reasons but 99% of the people using it used it to trade copyrighted content.

Remember: if you buy/sell used CDs/DVDs/etc.. secondhand, you are thief in the eyes of those supporting SOPA and/or this takedown.
After you buy a brand-new copy, you must watch/listen in private (if you share it with others, you are a thief & will go to jail), and if you no longer want the material, it must be returned to producer or destroyed (if you pass it along or sell it, you are a thief & will go to jail).

I am sorry if you support illegal theft of videos and photo's of any female performer, OCSM, or adult company you are WRONG. There is plenty of free material each of us put out there to entice people to pay for there porn. It costs me thousands of dollars and higher to fight this problem, and companies like this that facilitate the theft & distribution of stolen material is WRONG.

Its no difference if you steal and distribute a video from me, then if you steal my pocketbook, or rob my house. If you think that it is okay to do these things then you should be ashamed of yourself, and you should have NO rights or liberties!

Well if they are I don't want nor need, a thief as a fan. I hold many of the members here in high regards, I would hate to think any of them would believe stealing and distributing materials from the OCSM boarders on the right. Many of the people on this site, and other fans, have even let me know when a video is illegally being distributed so I can try to stop it. But file lockers and share sites like this are the worst to get to stop! So they need to be shut down if they will not comply by removing pirated materials.

Not me I aint a fan. I don't even know her. But I know what you mean pal. Talk about shooting herself in the foot. And in saying that just because some of her fans used that site it doesn't mean they don't buy her stuff either.

The only thing worse than censorship it's self is those who think it's a good thing. Without them life would be worth living.

I don't believe in censorship, but if someone was to break into your home today and steal from you, would that be okay? Would you just say it's okay they stole my stuff, I dont want them stopped, oh an please come back and steal from my house again? Really??

I don't think that I am shooting myself in the foot, either. If a site like that was to comply with removal of all pirated materials, and monitor people uploading such things and reporting them to law enforcement, then I would love it! But if they allow people to distribute pirated music, videos or programs then they should be shut down - NO QUESTIONS!

Geez in many countries are you not Guilty until proven innocent? The presumption of innocence differ's in many countries. Some have the burden of proof resting on the prosecution, others on the defense. I like and support the way it is done in the USA. I notice your from France? Napoleonic law, is still prevalent there, it is the other way round:

You are deemed guilty, and have to prove your innocence
