My crockpot pot roast with potatoes and carrots and gravy with a side of fresh baked dinner rolls! :D yummm!

Also my crockpot chili! With little beef chunks and beans and sour cream and cheese! Ahh I'm hungry now lol

(Damn I love my crockpot lol)

Right now, a nice sirloin steak, very rare, with baked beans, steak-fries and some super-sharp cheese cubes.

My favorite of all-time was this special hamburger called a messy-buger, but the owner of the bowling alley where I got them sold out and didn't give the recipe to the new owner. :( That hamburger was similar to a Milo's burger, but a thousand times better!

Smoked ***** meat sliced really thin is actually very common in Holland as something you eat on a sandwich, you get to choose for either the cow version or the ***** version at the grocery store.

Dang it! You have me thinkin 24hr Safeway Store right now.:drool2:
:looks frantically for car keys & wallet: ;)

Tell me, NV, (hey, I like that, NV = Nevada, did that happen by chance? ;)) what do you do for gravy stock, just seer the chunks of beef in a cast iron pan, add some onions, brown those, add milk, some wondra flour... salt, pepper... various spices, something like that?

Also, you mentioned fresh baked dinner rolls, have you ever tried cooking dumplings inside your crockpot pot roast? It's real easy, you just combine some Bisquick with water or milk and form about four or five.... whatever, golfball sized globs of d'oh and into the mix they go for about an hour or 45 mins before you anticipate pullin the plug on the crockpot....Mmmm!

What does ***** meat taste like? I'm curious.

Basically I like it almost raw, the taste is intense, but I can't compare to other meats!

I don't understand, perhaps in your country there are some sort of ***** regarding this food! In Italy ***** meat could be found in every supermarket. Particularly in Verona it is a common delicacy!
