Just that CBK hasn't been back since he joined the league. Don't understand why someone would join and then never follow up on it. But since I am playing him this week I guess I shouldn't complain
If it wasn't for CBK, I would REALLY be a loser
My team the 69er's won another, but since I was against CKB, that was really no big accomplishment.
But the win did put me into 4th place, so I need to find a way to win for the next couple of weeks to hold on and make the playoffs.
I keep waiting and waiting for LT to break out and have a big game, but doesn't look like that is going to happen. Sure enough if I bench him he'll have that big game.

In any case, the Deadskins had me by a good 25 points, so I might have not won anyway. Hats off to the Deadskins who have now swept me and delivered half of my losses.
I'm forcing myself to stay off-line and not behind the TV this American holiday, to enjoy the break. So I'm just going to set my line-up (something I didn't do this last week) and forget it for now.

I told you'all it wouldn't be a shoe-in for me to make the play-offs.

Yeah, I had already sat him earlier in the week, given his inconsistent production.
But yeah, it seems Matsugane likes the "bad boys" -- you've got Burress who can't carry a gun (both doesn't know how it seems, and it's against the law in NY), then Santana Moss who likes to throw punches instead of rolling with them, among others. Can't we/she like the nice guys?
I'm still up pretty big after the early games, getting 20+ out of my QB McNabb, WE TO and TE Witten (finally, TO and Witten are back!).
Well my team really sucked on Sunday, only had one offensive player score in double digits, now that is offensive. In fact my defense outscored my offense. Had a total of 91.90 points, pathetic.
Looks like it cost me a playoff spot, since Phenomenal Chris will now pass me and next week he plays CKB, another guaranteed win.
My players I counted on for points this year, P Manning, LT, etc really were inconsistent and let me down.
Ahhh well it was fun while it lasted, we'll have to do this again next year.

I picked a great week to play Ronnie Brown over Brian Westbrook
Looks like the playoffs are pretty much set in the FOFFL from what I can tell.
This is how it stands now:
#1 seed - the RAIDERS
#2 seed - Matsagune Maniacs
#3 seed - tubulers team
#4 seed - The Phenomenal Chris
Unless The Phenomenal Chris loses to the CKB, which is unlikely, I don't see how any other team can make it at this point.
The seeds could still change though. The only thing that is certain is the RAIDERS are going to be the #1 seed. I think seeds 2, 3 and 4 could still potentially change places next week.
I hope to see a week 13 summary from Prof V soon. I'm sure we all want to read his commentary on the season so far and his thoughts on the upcoming playoffs as well as his predictions.

there is a game soon to be releases called fantasy football that you can play and unlock legendary athletes. within the game you may play like any other football team also get to make your choices and it will rank you upon that. what a way to spend your money.

You see, if the Chris loses, and goes 8-6, he has direct versus 1-0 advantage over the 69'ers and jasonz if either wins and goes 8-6. And while he has split 1-1 with the deadskins, he's almost 200 points up on them for the point tie-breaker if the deadskins win as well. Now if the Chris wins, and goes 9-5, it doesn't matter who loses between my Maniacs and the Tubes, I have 1-1 split with over 150 points more and the Tubes have then 2-0 direct versus.
In the case of #2 and #3, it's pretty much my Maniacs or the Tubes, depending on who wins in our direct match-up in Week 14. Whomever wins will have one more win than the other -- don't even have to use direct versus (the Tubes are currently 1-0 over me) or points (which I win by over 200 points right now). So we face off in the #2 v. #3 regardless ...

If -- both -- my Maniacs beat the Tubes and the Raiders lose against Jasonz we would both be 10-4 and I would take either tie-breaker, direct versus at 2-0 or points as I'm exactly 112 points greater right now. That's the only case where it would be different

Nope, it's not set in stone. If they lose and I win, I win any and all tie-breakers, and take the #1 seed from him, tied with him at 10-4. It's not likely, but it could happen.
The Chris takes #4, period, unless point totals matter more than direct versus. In that case, if the 69er's are behind just under 30 points -- so 69er's would have to win, the Chris lose, and the 69er's score 30+ points more. But I think direct versus is the tie-breaker, and the Chris wins against the 69'ers at 1-0. The Chris has far more points against either Jasonz (who would have to beat the Raiders) and Deadskins (who will likely beat the Sirrus).
Actually, I'm mega-busy. But expect a Playoff preview on Tuesday or Wednesday of next week at the latest.

In the regular season, The Phenomenal Chris were swept by Tubulers Team. With a 2-0 advantage, the Tubes should have had the tie-breaker and been the #3 seed, after losing to the Matsugane Maniacs in Week 14, and tying the Chris at 9-5.
But it seems league rules give the tie breaker to the total scoring advantage. And, thus, the Tubes slip to the #4 seed and face off with the Raiders. Not all is lost though, the Tubes have split 1-1 with both the Maniacs and Raiders, so it may not matter.
In any case, the road to the Championship is as follows ...

WOW! Looks like the #1 and #2 seeds, the RAIDERS and the Matsagune Maniacs, are gonna lose in the playoff semifinals. Barring a miracle, the #3 and #4 seeds, the Phenomenal Chris and tubulers team, are going to the FOFFL Super Bowl.
Just gotta wait for tonights MNF game to make it official. But it doesn't look like the RAIDERS or the Maniacs will be able to make up their deficits.
