Ex-President Bush 'Feels Sick About Iraq'

George W. Bush will never travel outside of North America because as soon as he steps out of that safety zone he'll be arrested and drug to The Hague. Same for Cheney.

There's a valid argument to be made about Saddam and weapons of mass destruction but most conservative morons fail to make it and fall back on the talking points spewed by their Fox News puppet masters.

Bush is an idiot. A Yale legacy from old money that got into Harvard by way of nepotism. Yeah, Senator Prescott Bush, George W's grand pappy was a Nazi sympathizer and collaborator and made a ton of money financing the Reich. Georgie was an underachieving alcoholic that would probably have ended up coked up in a ditch in Mexico if it weren't for Pappy Bush. To say that Dubya was a disappointment is a bit of an understatement.

Of course all of that doesn't matter to conservatives. Nope, those dirty fucking liberals support baby killin' and the gays, and we can't have that.

Personally if it was just about the most affable guy there was...I actually like him as a person..I believe.

Probably could have even voted for him but as soon as I saw him resurrecting the nation building crew...I had my suspicions and they confirmed every single one of them with their actions..not anyone else's.

Never mind that...their incompetence on nearly every single thing was just about criminal. That's aside from the shit they did that was criminal like authorizing wiretaps without warrants, etc.

But how on earth are you getting bashed for supporting Bush in Austin??? I smell a rat.

BTW, no one's bashing him per se. His decisions speak for themselves....and a person would have be deaf to not hear it glaring or suffering from chronic amnesia not to remember.....or a stupid G:clown:per shill.

Time heals all wounds I guess and that is apparently what this lubber and his cronies are depending on. That over time the profoundness of his idiocy will mellow and be forgotten ..then they can swoop in an try to piece humpty-dummy back together again.

Well, Austin in super liberal compared to "everywhere else" Texas. During the Bush/Kerry elections Travis county (Austin) went 80% Kerry in Bush's own state. No Rat involved.

I get your point on decisions and him digging his own hole, my point is could you or I do any better? Also, I don't blame Bush for the incompetence of others on his staff or in his employ. His job is simply to make decisions and he does the best he can with the real time/up-to-date information that he has access to. Perhaps if we had the information the President had access to when the decisions were made it would be more clear, but alas we don't and in my view fortunately so.

By the way, my half brother is deaf and he felt the way you do...haha.

Also, I would say that calling someone a "lubber, cronie, or idiot" would constitute bashing. That is just me though...maybe I'm old guard. I just know I wouldn't like to be called those things.

Anyway, good points.

Well, a defense for being incompetent is not who could or couldn't do a better job.

When I say bashing I mean being unfairly and excessively criticized.

Maybe my name calling is over the top but the media hasn't criticized him nowhere near what he deserved.

You have your opinion, I have my opinion and then there are the facts.

Who should be blamed for him hiring incompetent people around him IF you buy it was just them making dumb decisions on their own. Besides, didn't he tell us he was the 'decider'?

Sorry Mega,

If you thought I was calling you a "name caller" I wasn't. Just trying to express my point through text which is hard since it lacks tone of voice. Regardless, about him saying he is the "decider" I have no idea. I take your word that he said that. About facts, I think that Bush believed his information about WMD, so on and so forth, to be "facts" at the time and he acted on them. How are we to know that the information you are speaking about is indeed factual? I guess that is why I talked about real time/ up-to-date information, which neither you nor I have. In this regard I feel the office of President of the United States should be viewed with more reverence and respect. This is why the "hating" bothers me so. I feel people should get on board with it, not be blind sheep mind you, but provide solutions and not complain. I didn't file a single petition, nor lobby my congressman, etc... with any of this. Mind you, I am overseas, but if I felt compelled enough I would have. I feel if I'm going to complain I should do something about it. With regard to him being at blame for hiring/selecting/picking those to represent him, have you never made friends with someone that only later you discovered was a douchebag? I know I have. It is a tough a go, making decisions (as they are always black and white...never the gray we learn at Universities) and then being held accountable. I just feel we should lay off the guy. He served his country the best he could. I believe that. Let's move on and help Obama.

I tend to agree with you here. Re: 'Decider':2 cents:

Can't lie..the guy was a funny character to watch ...that I'll miss.:1orglaugh

You're alright with me Mega. I tried to Rep you, but it wouldn't let me. Anywayz.........nice talk and good points. I'll try to see your point more.

hahahaha. God I'm sloooowwwww. Sorry about that. I laughed harder at that than anything this week (sad). Thanks man!

Well I feel sick that he was ever President. If there is a sign of a decline of civilization, electing a jackass like that twice to high office is certainly evidence of it.

Yeah maybe you're right. Maybe we are in decline. However, I have this thing....I actually believe in democracy. I think it is a good thing and it has more positives than negatives. However, with that belief, comes the realization that if I truly believe in democracy, when things don't go my way....will I except them? I will be honest, I didn't want GW elected the second term, but he was. If I believe in democracy, shouldn't I then give him my support? In this regard, I feel the decline is in the actual belief of democracy by our people...in us and our perception. In this case, you, me, and the others with doubt. It sucks thinking about this shit.

Good post.
