In most cases..(at least in the past) cell companies would shut your acct down to prevent a person from racking up huge charges which were made as a result of illegal cloning or in error.
I guess since cloning is less likely they have no problem now leaving users on the hook for exorbitant bills. :dunno:
I would say the cell company bears maybe 5% of the blame but 95% of it falls on her for playing ignorant.
