English Premier League 2009/2010

Arshavin wanted to go to Barca but they already have a crowded Midfield. None of the Italian teams could afford the transfer fee at the time.

Wenger wanted him right from Euro 2008, but even I wonder if Wenger really knew how well he'd fit in with Arsenal. He is the perfect Goon!:nanner::bowdown:

Man United really has made a run of terrible signings recently. Berbatov :D Nice $60mil there.....

I still can’t believe Manchester United or one of the big clubs in Europe didn’t buy Andrei Arshavin. He’s got to be one of the best attracting mid-fielders playing in the premiership and one of the best in Europe.

Excuse me but he is with the best club team in Europe.

Where else would he wanna be?

:wave2:

Chelsea are being put to the sword this weekend.

:hatsoff:

tartanterrier

Is somewhere outhere.
I think Chelsea will be too strong especially with Van Persie being
out,so Terry & co will have it easy.Plus with Drogba coming back
and the blues getting a decent result in Europe.

Arsenal have picked the wrong time too face them :)

O yeah Mr Drogba..... Maybe we will lose then......

Penaltys galore!! :ak47:

9.9 for the dive

Oh No....MiniD is a Chelski fan:weeping: Why Why Why:(

I don't see how Chelski will stop the Goons from scoring even without RvP. Arsenal still have PLENTY of scoring options--Cesc, Arshavin, Eduardo, Rosicky, "Bombs Away" Denilson, Vermaelan, Gallas, Nasri... Chelski's defense is pretty weak and slow, imo.

What worries me is the Gunners Defense. I think without Clichy and Gibbs, we really don't have a great 3rd option at LB. Gallas is a little gimpy. I think Sagna is nursing an injury too. I wouldn't be surprised if Alex Song didn't start at LB.

I think Arsenal CAN win....but the winning scoreline will be 3 - 2 in any case...:dunno::glugglug:

This season so far, they have conceded 8 goals in the premiership. How good willthey be when they get strong at the back?

Chelski still has Cech. He's probably still the best GK in the world and certainly much better than Almunia :weeping:

I bet he has personally stopped 8 goals that would've gone in against Chelski if they had someone else in goal....:dunno:

Was that Everton?

I like watching Joe Cole play. He's the best english player period.

Is Chelsea v Fulham as intense a rivalry as Arsenal v spurs?

Coming from an American noob, I think Chelski v Liverpool is one of the biggest rivalries and maybe Chelski's greatest rival? Given that spurs are Arsenal's greatest rival I was just wondering if the 2 other London clubs are historic enemies?

I just googled West Yorkshire and my final guess came down to Pudsey ;)or Leeds....hmmm.....Leeds United?http://www.leedsunited.com/page/Home

:hatsoff:
Man Utd Liverpool
generally any of the London clubs are great rivals
