I wish more people would have this attitude. But usually a vocal minority get all butt-hurt when their favorite star doesn't take the exact career path they believe they should have.
I think my issue is that I like to see people achieve greatness... Emily is one of the most beautiful and sexy women walking the planet right now... and, in my view, the top one in her chosen profession... doing b/g for a bit could vault her into jenna jameson territory in terms of fame and success.... i'd like to see it happen... obviously if she chooses not to that's her call... it's her life.. i'm not going to get mad and upset about it... just disappointed but i'd still be a fan
An adult model or even a g/g star hasn't been vaulted to greatness for going full hardcore in a long time. Emily might be up there, but I just don't see her being so great now that she's destined to break the trend. If anything it will be like what mostly happens. She will make a little bit more money than she usually does for a little while. The chances of shooting up in popularity because of doing b/g is overrated by most porn fans, and it not like the millions of dollars will start rolling in or anything. Even in porn's golden ages that was rare.
About the only reasonable reason for a successful adult model to go hardcore or anybody in the industry for that matter is either because that person is one of the rare ones that genuinely like that sort of thing and want to do it because they like it and being sexual like that is part of who they are, or they are totally alright with the bit of extra income they will earn in a short span of time, and they have totally considered, are prepared, and accept any negative ramifications society will through at them afterwards because of it and are willing to live with that because they at least don't mind the job they will have. I'll be honest. I have no idea if Emily is part of this group. I just hope whatever she decides to do it's the right decision, because so often people in the industry make the wrong one.
