In the summer often twice a day. Depending on amount of activity. After swimming always and never hot only a notch above warm. Hot water drys the skin badly.

I used to shower everyday.. sometimes 2 times a day; I would shower in the morning when I woke up to get ready for work; and then sometimes depending on the intensity of the day and how nasty I would get at work I would shower after work; before I would relax at home or before going out after work..

but now to be honest I don't care about myself any longer; I have lost all desire to live due to my current situation and I don't care whether I am always clean or not... I wash my hands before eating; and after using the bathroom; but thats it.. the reason I changed is because I am stuck in house 6 days a week with no car and no money.. I am not offending anybody.. as long as I don't feel nasty I am content.. if I feel nasty I shower.. honestly I really don't get very dirty.. if I am warm I have a fan blowing on me almost 24/7.. if I am extemely warm the central air is on and my fan would be on to boot.. so I don't get nasty per say.. just being honest... my life has no meaning.. I am useless; so it doesn't matter anymore.. :dunno: don't care..

The summer can change all of this dramatically, of course, as can having sex. If I sense I'm gonna be getting it on, I shower beforehand, and I nearly always shower after, too...

I think people get a bit too obsessed over cleanliness. I wash my hands even after I pee (which might not even be really necessary) and I'm generally a very clean person, but I think showering all the time is a waste of time - esp. because when I do shower, I take my time and get clean.

lol I was waiting to see if anybody ever pays attention to anything anybody writes except for what they wanna read and remember.. I shower every other day; but I am also a germaphobe so I wash my hands all the time.. before I eat; after the restroom; I NEVER touch anything in public with my hands; opening doors I use my wrist or the back of my hand if my shirt isn't long enough to reach the door handle; any levers of any kind use the back of my hand or my knuckles.. I use my shirt to hold the gas nozzle when filling the car up with gas; so I guess you could consider me overly clean; not to where I feel I have to shower daily but definately my hands all the time.. :hatsoff:
