I'm a chef, and it's great because I love to cook.
My favorite thing to cook from the menu right now is the Chicken Fresco. It looks and smells so good. It's funny, but I've never actually tasted it, but I've been complemented on it several times.
When I'm at home, I love to cook out on the grill. Steaks, burgers, brats and chicken. And when we can afford it, nothing tops smoked oysters on the grill. Cold beer, and hickory smoke. mmmmm.
I like them raw too, with texas pete. good stuff, man.
Now I'm all sad that we're almost done with the nice weather this year.
