At least here it is snowing quite a lot now. Which gives people reason to cheer or hate the weather...

Personally I love snow. I love playing in the snow, snowball fights, snowsleighing etc. And it looks really nice.

Also I like the cold weather. The alternative is usually mud, rain, wet. -2C and snow is just more comfortable than +2C and rain.

What do you think about snow?

For the city it is just a little and not too cold but I'm a skiier and skater so I do really appreciate Winter. Gotta do some outside stuff or else you're trapped and.......fuck that.

i like skiing and snowboarding. hard to do that without the snow.

but i like boating and water skiing too, so i like the change of seasons.

i know girls in bikinis are sexy, yeah thats a given. but go to the lodge with me sometime and you'll see that girls in sweaters can be pretty fuckin sexy too.

Expect Nothing and Appreciate Everything
I like it when it snows :) Walking in freshly fallen snow & the way everything looks so nice & pristine

However if it stays around for too long though it can get annoying when you have to get to work or be somewhere & it slows you down. Over here in England when it snows everything seems to grind to a halt & everything takes twice as long lol

I do not mind snow and cold weather. Even as an adult, I still enjoy playing in the snow - throwing snowballs, making snowmen, building forts, snowboarding / skiing, etc. But, it is a pain to drive through snow. When, the weather is cold it is always possible to add antother layer of clothing on oneself to keep warm.
Consdering the other perspective, when the weather is warm, one can only take off a certain amount of clothing... and even if one did strip off all his clothing,
the weather could still be to hot to handle.

My biggest argument against snow is actually one mentioned a couple of times:

Everything grinds to a halt. I am every now and then in Norway and everything does NOT grind to a halt:

1: People use proper tires for their cars (they do not here)
2: The authorities actually MOW snow instead of just throwing salt like here.

But of course people are used to drive in snow, which they are not really here and won't be (as snow falls during a too short time of the year to get the routine).

I have a love/hate relationship with snow, living in New England is great for activities during the winter.
But the snow removal at your house can get real old really fast.

It can be a little tiring with 6-7 months of snow.
I wouldn't mind living some place where it is summer all year, but not too hot either.

Nope, I loved it as a kid because if a really bad storm or blizzard hit I would have the day off from school, I loved having snowball fights and building snowmen but now not so much. I plan on moving to more sunny surroundings soon. I don't need this snowy cold shit anymore, I'm kinda over it.
