It's an app for iPhone and (I think) Android. It's basically photos people take and add filters and post them with a caption. If you can't get the app, there's sites that you can use to look at profiles. (if they aren't private)

Too early to panic mate, it's just one set. Some pics have been posted from her instagram that suggest she's just as hot as ever, could just be the make up/lighting etc in that one set that makes her look different. Stand by!
