There have been several of the wwe divas that were models before joining wwe. Probably one of the most famous of the divas was Trish Stratus, who was a swimware/fitness model before joining wwe.

Candice Michelle did a lot of stuff for Playboy before joining, as well as others.

I wouldn't totally discount the posiblity of Denise upping her exposure by joining. I'm sure that the WWE considers it a bonus for a model to turn Diva who already has a following.

It's certainly not her (or maybe taken by a paparazzi, but I doubt it).
The whole principle of Denise Milani seems to be that she never shows her breast for it will break the attraction.
