Stop the faux outrage about ICE. Acting like the agency goes back to our nation's founding. The fucking agency didn't even exist until 2003 LOL

It replaced INS which had been in existence since 1933. It was only reorganized after the Dept. of Homeland Security was established. It was given extra authority as a counter terrorism unit.
