The producers on the other hand, won't put up with a crybaby cunt with a penis on set, we get enough of that from the sans-penis talent. And since the moment a girl leaves the set, she's going to tell the world what a cunt you are, and as a producer, am going to find it harder to recruit girls if I have cunts like you on my set. Doesn't matter if you're talent, grip, camera or even the caterer - no one wants a cunt like you anywhere near them during a shoot.
I get bombarded by guys just like you trying to "get into the business" and I can spot the weirdos in seconds. You're just another guy that can't get laid that got the idea that you could get pussy if only you were male talent.......... but what you fail to take into account is even porn girls prefer not to fuck douchebags.
So calm down, accept the fact that you are a cunt and start working on the obvious.
1. Learn to treat people with respect. As I stated before, my #1 concern when hiring male talent is "do they play well with others" - up to this point, you have failed.
2. Learn additional skills that can be useful to producers. If you're multi-talented you're more valuable. Know how to run a camera, understand the properties of light and sound, know how to fix the code on the sites or know how to persuade people to accomplish the mission. Besides, you are probably going to need all these additional talents if you plan on making enough to survive in today's porn world.
3. Learn to be humble.
You have also made a few HUGE incorrect assumptions:
1. No one cares if a cunt reads a book.
2. No one is getting rich today doing porn.
3. Having a hot girlfriend will NOT make up for you being a cunt.
4. Publicly proving you are a cunt on porn boards or by blogging negatively about the industry is never good for a porn career.
5. The girls DON'T do the hiring.
