Her leaving porn industry is most probably based on her religion, but the religion itself is hardly the only reason: of course, porn may (I don't say "must") impede her - or anybody else's - spiritual life.

This thread is about Crissy's retirement, not about a Christian debate. If you want to debate that, start a thread or find an exisiting one.

That is what I have been continually wondering. It's one thing to thank, wish for the best or even look at some positives about what her future may hold.

It's completely another thing to selfishly worry, be disappointed or otherwise use this thread to scorn whomever based on an assumption of what this may mean for yourself or pornography in general.

And I still can't get over the "getting old" post. Man, that was just insulting.

You're not going to reach over half of the people in this thread with such talk. They have assumptions on religion as if its a political alignment against love, life and sex, and that it threatens theirs. I've always noted Chrissy was a very "open" individual in her thoughts on this board. It's sad that such supposed "liberal" thinkers on this board can be so "closed" when it comes to the thought of someone deciding to embark on spiritual life for awhile.

Good post in a sea of responses that just have to make me roll my eyes.

Well, we all change as we mature and progress through life, and what was right, or at least acceptable, at one point can become unacceptable at another. If Chrissy has come to a point were she no longer wishes to be involved in porn she should quit. Period.

I will bet you that this guy came knocking on her door with one of those pamphlets that says "WE ARE ALL GOING TO DIE" and he recognized her because he is addicted to porn so bad that he made a life size doll of crissy around a dog cage with pictures of her that he printed of the internet. He straps his hairless poodle in the cage and places the dogs bicuit where crissys honeyhole is and goes to town.

He starts preaching to her, and because she just broke up with her boyfriend she listened to this lame ass trick.

Most christian religions look down on pornography. She is trying to be a better christian now. She has done porn and all of her dirty content is still floating around the web.
