Queen's University says new research it conducted shows crabs not only suffer pain but retain a memory of it.

The study, which looked at the reactions of hermit crabs to small electric shocks, was carried out by Professor Bob Elwood and Mirjam Appel.

Hope this study further exposes those dog loving hypocrites who overreact to any perceived cruelty to a dog & chastise Asians(Chines & Koreans especially) for consuming dog meat while we routinely eat Seafood, Pigs(smarter than dogs), Cows,Chickens,etc....& don't seem to care much for their pain?
Yet We(The West) have shamed Asia into rethinking the eating of dog meat because WE don't like the dogs 'suffering'.( South Korea had to temporarily ban the public display of dog meat during the '88 Olympics because of protests from the West)

I always thought(knew) that crustaceans have felt pain as I occassionally boil live Crawfish & Crabs & they honestly don't seem to like it all that much.

I used to catch like half a buschel of crabs and bring them to my mom.

The crabs reacted adversely to the shocks but also seemed to try to avoid future shocks, suggesting that they recalled the past ones.

They don't feel any pain when you crack right through them with a sharp chef's knife. MMMWWWWUUUAHAHAHA!!!

Okay, say a group named PETA is against animal cruelty YET they install electrodes to animal genitals in their own laboratories, pour shampoo into animal eyes and sleuth workers into butchering plants to further their own goals. So these people are buying into the very system they're trying to create. I propose.. that you give me full benefits and my same weekly paychecks to keep quiet on the matter. I dont even have to come into the office, I can do this job from home.
