Can't say I like country...but it is definitely not as horrifying as RAP...to me it seems like country singers always have a song that emulates some type of problem in their life and crying in their beer :dunno:

All country songs aint about the same thing, just like all rap songs arent.
Being from a small town in Missouri, country music is about the only thing on the radio. I grew up listening to it and to be honest Im sick of it lol. I like some of the older singers but I dont really go out and get thier music. I got dragged to tons of country concerts as a kid and that wasnt very fun.

Okay, although I admit a lot of the new stuff today is trash, there is some decent stuff that still comes out. My gf listened to a lot of the female artist - Sugarland, Underwood, Swift, in addition to Brooks in Dunn (which we saw in concert and they were good) - and occasionaly I will pull out some of my newer stuff. The best song I heard most recently is Tim McGraw - Friends that do. It's a good song! Don't hate all the newer stuff.
