Here Zombie, Zombie, Zombie...
Sure that's not just a scene from the Bad Liuetentant with Harvey Keitel?
Wow, I can't believe I didn't see this until now. Is this a real story though? I mean, it says in the article that there were 13 jury members for this case. I don't know if any changes have been made, but I was fairly certain that juries consisted of only 12 members. Unless, the author's heart was a BEAT OFF of rhythm after suffering a sudden STROKE, which caused him to accidentally included the officer's penis during his HEAD count of jury MEMBERS. Ahh, I had to.
Anyway, if this story is real, it's absolutely ridiculous. How this is allowed to happen is beyond me. Stripper or not, nobody deserves that.
But, there is something I want to GET OFF my chest (ahh, I did it again)...why would the stripper actually go through with giving this cop a handjob? I know that police officers can be intimidating, but...:dunno:
In a secretly-recorded phone call to Laguna Beach police shortly after the incident, Lucy recalled that she'd told Park she had no license. Park began "rubbing himself up against me," she said. "Then, he said, 'What are we going to do here, Lucy?'"
Well, he's 6'3". She's 5' even. He had a gun, probably a taser, cuffs, a night stick and some other fun toys. I doubt she had anything but some lipstick. But she also didn't have a license. So she'd have been subject to arrest and having her car impounded. And he had her off by herself in a secluded area... out of his jurisdiction.
Maybe she figured giving a handjob was better than being molested or raped while he had her hands cuffed behind her back. :dunno:

Excerpt:
"No one disputes that an on-duty Irvine police officer got an erection and ejaculated on a motorist during an early-morning traffic stop in Laguna Beach. The female driver reported it, DNA testing confirmed it and officer David Alex Park finally admitted it.
When the case went to trial, however, defense attorney Al Stokke argued that Park wasn't responsible for making sticky all over the woman's sweater. He insisted that she made the married patrolman make the mess--after all, she was on her way home from work as a dancer at Captain Cream Cabaret.
"She got what she wanted," said Stokke. "She's an overtly sexual person."
This is one of those stories that really makes me question what little faith I have remaining in our justice system... (Here's hoping it turns out like those assholes who killed that immigrant in PA, and the cops who covered up!)
That still doesn't seem like an acceptable reason to be scared enough to willingly give this cop a handjob. It's not like he was pointing the gun in her face or threatening her by aiming his taser in her direction. He was just being a pig (pun intended).
If that's the case (and I'm not saying that it is), than she needs to stop acting as if she is a victim here. And, before all of the over-reactions to that comment start, allow me to say that this cop is 100% wrong, no matter what the mentality of the stripper was at the time. He is wrong and deserves to be in jail.
Hey, there's already been a thread about that DC cop pulling his gun because his Hummer got hit with a snowball. Multiple videos of the incident are available on YouTube, and it might've even been on FauxNoise by now (albeit with some absurd twist, as though you wrote the story).

I'm kind of confused, Chef. If she didn't have any reason to be scared and she willingly gave him a handjob, then why should he be in jail? Getting a handjob from a willing woman, while on duty, would probably be an ethics violation, but it wouldn't be a criminal offense.
How is having sexual relations in a public place NOT a criminal offense? It's lewd conduct at the very, very least.
If I get a blowjob in a McDonald's parking lot from a willing female, but I get caught while it's happening, I'm going to jail. What this cop did (assuming the female was willing) is absolutely no different.
OK, I see what you mean. But in that case, they both belong in jail, right? She'd be just as guilty as him.
That's exactly why nobody should be feeling sorry for this woman, because she isn't a victim (assuming she was willing).
I know a lot of women who have felt intimidated by police officers during a traffic stop, but absolutely none of them have handed out stroke jobs on the side of the road, you know? :dunno: Something just doesn't sit right with me, in regards to this story. But, once again, allow me to say that this cop was 100% in the wrong, no matter what.
But, the officer shouldn't have asked or taken a bribe.
He is out of order and needs to go to prison.
You are jumping to conclusions, Will E...:nono:
First, I'd have to actually see a pic of the stripper in question...the cop might have been hoodoo'd by a too fine woman coming on to him. No male hetero can resist a gorgeous woman offering to do the nasty thing right there and now!:nannerf2:
I'm just sayin'...
