i thought of this one this weekend. get some people gathered for a snack dinner or whatever...what i am trying to set up is ice water for everyone. get the glasses all fixed and by the plate. meanwhile before everyone comes to the table pick out the one you want to get and drop a drop of red food coloring in his or her water...now that is one thing. but then drop a couple of drops on and around their plate. then just as they come in. wrap a rag around your hand and pour some red food color on it and start talking about how stupid cutting your hand was. about the time that soaks in...they are noticing the red drops by their plate and the pink water. when they say something just say.....o its ok i dont have anything.
