The clock is in a 24-hour format for me, too. I think it just started today; for a moment or two around two o'clock it went back to the 12-hour, but since then it's been 24.

We are switching everything to the international date and time format across FreeOnes. So that means year-month-day and the 24hr clock.

Well that's lame. Why not just let it be a user option controlled through our profiles, just like time zone and such?

Euros need the ego boost, they resent the American superiority of date depiction.
So, now do we have to change all our old timey expressions too, huh?

Assuming they're a size 42, that is...:D

I'm not really bothered by the 24hr format, but it's sooooo weird to not see "AM" or "PM" anymore. That's going to take some getting used to.

I don't mean to be a dick (in this instance), but the folks in USA need to realise that this is how the rest of the world tells time. Good work, Freeones! I love the new format. It is a lot more clear.

Sorry, but it is your turn to do what we do, instead of the other way around.

just my $0.02

Actually, most of the US operates with this format of time telling. It's called "military time" and a huge portion of the US follows along with it.

Feel free to write the good folks at vBulletin and request that this be a standard option in user profiles. Maybe they'll eventually think it's a good idea and put it in a future software update.

Have something against size 42 shoes?

A lot of time and trouble went into changing something that would have been better off left alone!

:D

I assure you, it wasn't a whole lot of time and trouble. In fact, it only took minutes. ;)
