The reasoning behind this analyst is that Mexico's oil contribution is going to be dried up by 2012 and Canada oil sand oil will be replacing it...which means we remove cheap oil from the marketplace and replace it with expensive oil (sand oil is a bitch to recover, apparently)...
If we hit $100/barrel next year...what will price at the pump be? $4.50 a gallon?:dunno:
