Any Christmastime blunders you'd like to share? lol
As ****, we'd go shopping with *** and *** for a tree, bring it home and set it in a bucket of water outside overnight. The next day me and *** would bring it in and set it up. Of course we didn't have a tree stand, but we did have a 5 gallon bucket and some bricks.
Well, we got it to stand straight, put water in it and decorated it with the whole ******.
Christmas Eve comes, we're all getting ready for church and CRASH! We all knew what happened. Yup, the tree was on the coffee table, ornaments smashed and water spilled on the carpet.
We righted it and after church, me and my *** really straightened it out by attaching wires to weight plates so it didn't move! It worked!
