Greed being one of the deadly sins is not being objective, as in the teachings of objectivism.

I'll teach my children not to be tricked by people like you both disguising foolishness and virtue. People like you want everyone to just do want their told like sheep so that society can take advantage of them and blame it on the criminals or the lazy people or Communists or the totalitarians or the capitalists or the totalitarian capitalists or the totalitarian capitalist Communists or whatever fear mongering term is chosen.
I rather my children be smarter than aspiring to do what society wants of them just so they can feel like they're good citizens - and not to respect others than do not deserve respect.

I'm not sure how capitalism without greed is communism, because greed exists in communism as well since workers don't work for free in communism either they just get other forms of payments.
If not for greed all of modern day conveniences would not exist because the incentive is to make profit - Amazon eBay Walmart Uber Airbnb etc all would not exist, because there's no incentive to overachieve.
Of course. There difference between greed and evil, and trump is evil and he giving greed and capitalism a bad name.

Luxman, greed isn't going away. If there is plenty and the rich aren't too greedy it can be managed but today, with the ways things are, I donno.
Obviously you don't know how to explain yourself.
My point is, referring to why there are conveniences like 7-11 and Uber and video games and internet forums like free one and hookers and porn and food delivery etc, things that you use daily - the reason those services are available for you to use is because greed inspired those services to work for your money.
Now don't you think that their greed to earn money is making our lives better? The supermarket the had station the airport etc? If not for greed we'd all have to farm for our food and use animals for transportation.
Every job you've have where you earn money for yourself is a job given to you from someone who is greedy to earn more money than he can without his help - if not for her there would not be jobs for others and no use to hire others since everyone would be content not expanding their business and just earn just enough to get by.
Greed is the fuel that that given us all the modern conveniences who know of, greed is a good thing - violence is not always caused by greed, aggression is not always caused by greed, escalation of conflict is not always caused by greed.
So greed is not the cause of all wars.

Greed means to want something that someone else has and to calously steal or con it from them.
Greed is the tobacco industry knowing for over 100 years that tobacco causes cancer and many other illnesses and lying so that they could keep making profits by addicting people to their cancer sticks, and killings hundreds of millions of people in the past century, and causing many more, possibly billions of people to get sick.
Greed is evil ahole Trump downplaying the pandemic so that he could boost his approval to try to win the 2020 election.

Greed is just an emotion people have, people are the ones that choose to use it as an excuse to do all the evil things you ranted about above - even your trump rant makes no sense, if you hate trump just say trump is bad, but it makes no sense to say greed is bad.
If you say the republicans are bad fine, but saying greed is making the republican bad makes no sense - those are people making bad decisions so blame the person not the emotion, blame the people pulling the trigger, don't blame inanimate objects like guns/cars/emotions/etc.
