It would fall under the CDC's auspice if it were classified, by them, as an infectious organism, however, as I just stated, the medical profession refuses to diagnosis, classify, and treat morgellons as a disease.
It would instead be classified as a completely new strain of bacterial-like filament organism, and fall under the purview of the EPA, because, as a derivative of aerosol chemtrail spraying, it consequently can now be found throughout our natural surface topography, sampled from various environmental terrains, and can then be cultivated, and grown, in an experimental research environment, thus providing conclusive evidence of its existence.
So you're suggesting that the government spraying chemicals in the air in such abundance as to create a new organism that seems to be parasitic to humans? Not a crystalline structure, but an actual living organism. Is that a correct assesment?
