I'm honestly terrified about this home purchase. The price is right. The area is decent. BUT it's still missing some key ingredients. It has a beautiful pool which wasn't even on a must have list but it nice to have, but the bedrooms are TINY. The closets are miniscule (and I require a walk in closet) ... I'm a tub person not a shower person and there's one tub but it's tiny (smaller than the smallest one I have now that I don't use because it's so tiny) so we'd planned on turning the 2nd living room into another bedroom, building a walk in closet, and taking the pass through out cutting out a walk way through to the kitchen so ppl wouldn't have to walk through our bedroom to get to the kitchen (VERY ODD LAYOUT) ... but now it's looking like these "tweaks" are going to be more difficult than originally planned and I'm freaking out about it. This is a HUGE decision.
