For me there was no one more terrifying than Mumm-ra from Thundercats, his appearance in any form, his voice and most of all his pyramid. I sure there were occasions that the Thundercats had to go to his pyramid and I'd be thinking 'are they nuts!'
There was also Venger from Dungeons & Dragons who I just found out now was the Dungeon Master's *** :surprise: (or more likely I'd forgotten)
