Cars

It gets about 16 mpg on the highway. I have no idea how much HP, it's got a 350 in it though, with a throttle body. It'll get up and go. I've got it garaged out of the weather and drive it every now and then. I'd probably only sell it to someone in the ******.

agree it better remains in ******

Damn, I thought this thread was going to be about the Pixar movie of the same title.
It was funny when Lightning McQueen did such a shitty job paving the road. And Larry the Cable Guy was such a tour de ***** as Mater.

My car? 2014 ford mustang base model. It's got a v6 or some ****. I dunno, I haven't opened the hood yet.

See? Not infatuated with cars. Maybe the movies.

Daily driver: Stage 2 WRX
Weekend car (from back when I still had weekends): Jaguar XK8
Race car (technically street legal - depending on who does the inspection): 1st gen RX-7 with a street ported 12A and a Weber carb, full race suspension, Koni adjustables, racing cage, racing brakes, fire suppression system, removable Momo steering wheel and every other goody that was listed in the racing catalog at the time that I totally lost my mind. Should pull close to 1.5 g's on a closed circuit. But I don't have time to race it. For Sale. Good price. Only driven by a little old lady to church on Sundays.

The only vehicle that I would never sell and would **** for if anyone tried to steal it: the '62 Chevy stepside pickup that my ****** bought new back in '62 and then gave to me when I started high school. I bought a 283 to put in it (that was a legit engine option in '62). But the more I thought about it, the more I decided that the right thing to do was leave it stock - or as stock as possible. I modified the interior when I was in high school. Now I wish that I hadn't.

I want a Series 1.5 Jaguar E-type in the worst way. I love them. But I'm determined not to buy anything else (that's just going to be a toy anyway) that will get in the way of my early retirement. I could have bought a V-12 Series 3 2+2 for $4500 or so back in about '93. But I foolishly ****** on it. It wasn't the E-type that I wanted, but that was a great price!

So guy and gals, let's talk about the 4 wheels.
I am a fan and tuner and did street racing before, will do it again, but since did some stupid things am getting hard to get a ride.
I had a 1975 opel manta, had a 3.0l V6 engine from a opel rekord, turbocharged and did somewhere 320 HP. had an accident where i crashed it, luckily i was ok, but my baby was gone.
sold it for parts, those that were still able to be used. took some $$ out of it. then did college, some other stuff, and the car plan was still behind me. cars don;t last with me, but we have a true love after all. right now am trying to push some things to get over to get a car, enough now wait for this, wait for that.
seen few cool cheap cars that i want.

I've been getting into Fast 'Loud on the Discovery channel and Counting Cars on the History channel. As long as mine starts up every day, i'm happy !

might sounds like it, but that car and the tuning in it all was real, and my crash was real and ****. it's just long time ago 2005.

Thank you. I'll see if I can find one and scan it. My ****** continues to be a hero and an inspiration to me (may he R.I.P.). So yeah, to me, that truck is much more than just a truck.

I just realized as I looked through my Friends List that most of the car people, that were on here when I first joined, have pretty much stopped posting. Even Got Gisele doesn't come into Talk anymore. :(
