Can Jeri Ryan play Ms. Marvel?

I got to thinking about the upcoming Avengers movie and since, at least up until recently Ms. Marvel was their leader who could portray her in a movie.
I have always had a thing for Jeri Ryan and Ms. Marvel is my favorite superhero (duh!) Physically they are damn near identical, both are blondes, have blue eyes, beautiful faces, fantastic legs and hourglass figures. Ms. Marvel is a pilot, spy, warrior, novelist/editor, and a natural leader that thinks quickly on her feet. I think Jeri Ryan can do it. Anyone care to chime in?

Jery Ryan could have done it in her prime. I'm not sure what she looks like these days though.

How about Anna Kournikova? She has an athletic type of body that might be a good fit for that type of role.

I'd rather not see Jeri Ryan and her GIGANTIC FOREHEAD in anything ever again.

But Ms. Marvel won't be in the movie so it's a non-issue. The film is going to be the classic Avengers lineup.

I haven't heard anything about Ms. Marvel being in this particular incarnation of the Avengers.

However, hypothetically, either Charlize Theron or Sienna Miller might be a good choice. Both have done some action movies and have the right look for the character.

I wouldnt be against Jeri Ryan doing it. But Charlize Theron doing it would be da shit, I mean obviously super hot but the girl can also act. Well maybe that or she auditions, picks roles in movies I like. Cant say the same for Sienna to be honest.

It would be Cap, Iron Man or Thor, I was just doing a hypothetical with a more current line-up of the team when she was team leader.

Jeri Ryan would be ok as Ms. Marvel. Casting Ms. Marvel is something I've never really thought a whole lot about despite liking her quite a bit.
