Can Jeri Ryan play Ms. Marvel?

Emma Frost is a right minx:D

Jean Grey: What makes you such a bitch, Emma?

Emma Frost: Breeding, darling. Top class breeding.

:)

Yeah, but Jean is hotter and could kick her ass if she wanted. :D

Bleh. I think Emma is actually hotter, and Emma's too smart to go for a straight forward attack on Jean. Rather, she would just get a Magneto imposter with a Xorn complex to do the job for her, while she herself keeping busy by sleeping with Jean's husband.

I don't think Jeri Ryan is good for the role. I think Laura Vandervoort is good for the role but she would need to add some muscle and I don't know if she is going to play the Role of Supergirl for the movie since she Played Supergirl in Smallville. On the other hand I think I could play Ms. MArvel. I look good as a blonde and I have blue contacts. They put blue contacts on the new Superman. :wave2: :dunno: :wave2:

Phfff, yeah right. :D

In any case Jean isn't that dumb herself. Besides she can just read her mind, find out what she's going to do, stop it, and then either just disintegrate her or crush her into a small ball and hurl her into the sun...Or she could just give her the lame boy scout while she goes with a real man, like Wolverine.

Ms Marvel is from the late 70s. Probably any Avengers movie is going to feature characters from the 60s era.

The list I heard was Iron Man, Thor, Captain America, The Hulk, and Nick Fury, a combination that I don't believe corresponds to any actual comic book incarnation.

That's the early Avengers, minus Giantman/Wasp, plus Fury (who was brought into the then current era like mid '65?)

Iron Man, Thor and The Hulk were founding members. Cap joined shortly after when he was thawed out and some time later became the team leader. Nick Fury nor S.H.E.I.L.D had anything to do with the formation of the Avengers but I do want to see how it plays out in the movies.

The original Avengers were Iron Man, Hulk, Thor, Ant Man, and Wasp.

The idea with the films is we would get individual films of the founding members plus Captain America (who didn't appear until Avengers #4) and then...after getting all the individual films...we'd get an Avengers film.

We've now had Iron Man, Hulk, Thor is being filmed as we speak, Captain America is in pre-production, and Ant Man is "rumored."

An idea I heard recently is that while the other films are all serious in tone...the Ant Man movie (which would also involve Wasp) would be more comical with possibly Greg Kinnear or Steve Carell (either or whom would be perfect) in the role.

Then Ant Man would serve as the comic relief in the Avengers film, juxtaposing his little 2 inch-tall self against the other great big muscular characters.

It might never happen but I'm pretty sure that was the original plan.

I had no idea about a possible Ant-Man movie and I can see both of those actors as Hank Pym, that would be very cool.

It's true.

I have very simple tastes, I am always satisfied with the very best. ;) :D

Well, the problem with fire crotch reading Emma's mind on any plan Emma might have, is that Emma has proven to be quite the telepathic mutant herself. Even going so far as to read Xavier's mind without being detected. Which in X-Men lore, is quite a feat in itself. Now with the Phoenix, red wins easily. Though everyone knows when Jean and Phoenix start hanging out again, another one of her entertaining deaths won't be too far behind.

The Phoenix nearly tore Emma Frost's mind apart and when Emma switch bodies with Storm, Storm choked Emma almost to death, Wolverine had to pull her off of her.
