The 21-year-old recording artist and actress has been mentioned as one possibility to play the short-shorts-wearing character in "The Dukes of Hazzard," according to the Hollywood Reporter.

Warner Bros. is still preparing the big-screen version of the good-ol'-boy hit TV series that ran from 1979 through 1985. Ashton Kutcher (news) of MTV's "Punk'd" and Fox's "That 70s Show has expressed interest in the role of Bo Duke.

Wish I had the link to a story that discussed how Britany knows squat about music - if she wasn't a skank people would actually have to listen to her sing; how terrible would that be?
