He's such a bullshiter. He's such a publicity whore. That was not what the Vikings' locker room required to be a success. It does not keep the team focused. Obviously it's not the end all be all because their season last year has to be viewed overall as a success, considering they took it in the rear in the Saints game and should've won.
And of course he's down south right now practicing with his high school team everyday as well, as if that just doesn't ooze I'm coming back. I think he just doesn't want to go to the mini camp and be hurling his lungs up in the 100 degree heat and humidity. Whatever; it's not that big of a deal. With him, however, the Vikings again will be one of the elite teams in the NFC.

Don't teams have until the end of September to sign players? If that's the case, I won't believe he retired until October 1st.

ESPN's love affair with Brett Favre is truly an American sporting disgrace. I agree with Andro. I will be rooting for the demise of Favre and the Vikings this season. I'm hoping he throws INTs, gets benched, and gets arrested for drunk and disorderly at a strip club somewhere... :yesyes:
