Anthony Hopkins Wrote Bryan Cranston The Best 'Breaking Bad' Fan Letter Ever
Is there anyone who doesn't love "Breaking Bad"?
After binge-watching all five seasons of the AMC series in two weeks, actor Anthony Hopkins enjoyed the show so much that he was compelled to write lead actor Bryan Cranston an email praising him along with the entire cast and crew on a "brilliant" show.
The series ended its its five-season run on AMC at the end of September with a record-high viewership.
"Breaking Bad" actor Steven Michael Quezada, who plays Gomez on the show, posted the letter in its entirety to his Facebook page.
A cool as hell show with cool as hell fans:
‘Breaking Bad’ fan group’s Walter White obituary in Albuquerque Journal is a hit
What happened after a “Breaking Bad” fan group placed a Walter White obit in Friday’s Albuquerque Journal:
* There was a 40 percent increase in single copy sales, with many newsstands selling out of papers.
* Requests to the Journal’s library to mail out newspapers ran at least 10 times normal volume.
* The obit was the the paper’s most-read online story since 2006, when it began using Google Analytics to track traffic.
* Traffic to the obit was about 60 times that of a typical daily top story on the Journal’s website.
* The print edition was going for as much as $26 on eBay
I want one!!!

I'm a late watcher of Breaking Bad but I'm on season 4 on netflix and Gustavo Fring is a scary motherfucker.
You notice with Gus Fring and with alot of the bad guys in the show including Mike Ehrmentraut - they've got this dead look in their eyes, almost like a shark? Even when Gus is playing the mild-mannered proprietor of Los Pollos Hermanos he's got those dead eyes of a soulless, cold-blooded killer.
But you don't see it in Walt...and over the series, he becomes just as brutal, if not more so. His murders in the beginning, were for self preservation...you could see how he struggled with HAVING to do it. In the end, he was calculating, and cold blooded...and he always looked like it was the hardest choice he had to make. In some cases he was sorry it happened, and in Hanks case, begged and bargained for life.

Dude, Gus was so scary in that box cutter scene that even Mike was fucking terrified and he's the strongest minded one of the bunch. lol
Exactly. I meant to point that out. That is weird. I wonder if that's on purpose or if that was a quirk the actors had playing their roles.
You know how you go in for an eye exam and they put those drops in to dilate your pupils? I wonder if they used that to get that effect. Anyways, it was pretty stark and kinda chilling.
