ManHere1 said:Same here Parker. It's been 7 years since I ate at KFC. For breakfast food I eat healthy. Two pieces of toast (no butter), juice, a cup of oatmeal, three egg whites, a strip of lean turkey bacon and if thers's still room a protein shake.

I was not aware that Colonel Sanders was originally from Brum... the things one learns here!
If you're going to eat out, the least you could do is go for fish and chips; you wouldn't be trading in your "tradionalist views" for a piece of Kentucky chicken, lol.
I eat very non-tradionally myself, very simple yet healthy.... so my breakfast consists of fruit, juice, etc, and I rarely eat anything fried. My reasons are because I choose to be healthy; I've not sold my soul to the Colonel as Silicone has, (haven't had KFC in years).
BTW, mate, just having some fun with you... but you must see there's a contradiction in your statements.
:hatsoff:
So what if I like waffles over pancakes but I really don't like either of the all that much. Does that give me any points?alright your cool in my book now. anybody that doesnt like waffles is a friend of mine

however...im one of these people that can eat god awful food and not put on any weight.....must be the worms!
parker said:Interesting theory, lol. Actually, it's more likely you're an ectomorph - a person with a very high metabolic rate (nutrition / working out is one of my fav hobbies).
I'm the opposite, an endomorph, meaning that if I look at fatty food or sweets I gain a stone. Through proper eating an exercise I'm kept my bodyfat in the 10-12% range... had it as low as 5%, but that was just too much work to maintain.
There is a benefit to being an endomorph BTW, and that's that I can gain muscle as easily as I gain fat, meaning I get very good results with weight training even though I do very little of it ( I mostly run for exercise).
