Brazzers.com members, HELP

I just signed up for brazzers.com today. first through the 3 day trial. I realized that what you get is VERY limited so I picked to upgrade to the regular membership for 29.95. I tried logging in again, but it still has me as a trial member. I checked my card statement and it shows the 2.95 charge, then the 29.95 charge, yet I'm still only a trial member on brazzers. I already sent brazzers an email concerning this since their chat line was down so I guess I wont be getting an answer from them till tomorrow. ANY HELP PLEASE!!!!
