I agree, names first. It would be useful to reinstate the old board automatic links to the babes profile when you write her name.

A couple of things from me
1. Is there some way of adjusting the search format to allow a search for smaller words that 3 letters? Seems half the women use three or less letters in one of their names. Sometimes quotes help, other times not.
2. I remember when I started hanging around here about 100 years ago one of the rules was "we are not a picture posting forum". However it seems that each thread is now a giant stack of big pictures. I saw others writing about this as well in this thread . I even posted about it in the What's new thread. That seems to have disappeared. As many have said it is quite a pain so scroll down a long page to find the end.

There is something called enhanced search that Petra is working on getting installed. It will be more like the vBulletin search, which still sucked, but is far better than what we are dealing with now.

Back then, high-speed internet was a pipe dream. Almost everyone was still using modems that measured bandwidth in kilobytes instead of megabytes. Limiting pictures was a necessity. A few years ago, Petra started allowing more pics due to the advancing bandwidth, and if-when the admins finally decide on the new rules, the rules supposedly will allow even more pic posting. We'll just have to wait and see how that pans out.
