Even if he did have priors, I still don't think it's on the same level as yelling fire. Sounds to me like it was a misguided prank by some dopey kid. :dunno:
It's not quite but in the same family (if you will)...It was exactly a dumb prank but that doesn't mean dumb pranks automatically go without consequence. I haven't read the statute for which he was arrested but the kid obviously didn't recognize the magnitude of his actions.
Forget the people he offended for a second (white, black and other who were in the store), the jeopardy he placed a franchise's reputation in nationally is a big deal. Aside from inciting a circumstance he could have cost that company real money...
