That guy from "System of a Down" sounds like a sick walrus being beat with at billy club. It's a shame too because their music is very good. But when the "singing" starts I gotta change the channel. It's intolerable.

I think this one is just impossible to answer, because it's such a judgment call- best at what? I've known tons of great rock singers that were horrible front men, and vice versa. There are many I like, but I wouldn't presume to call any of them the best ever.

Singing is all about hitting the right notes, which is what he does. You obviously just don't like his singing voice. I guess it is an acquired taste...

Interesting in that SOAD Lead Guitar / back up vocals Darin Malakian also has a unique whine in his voice as well.
