Kostrizer is my all time fave, but there are lots of good beers out there these days. Sam Octoberfest is great too, and there's a semi-local beer I love to drink called Dominion Lager.

It's been 19 as long as I've known. 18 in Manitoba, Alberta and Quebec. Huh. I learn something new every day.

Like I said, it's like five natives up there in Manitoba, and those five natives could put every last store up there out of business, so they have a thriving demographic to cater to.
*sighs* When I was stationed in Germany, we went to this former monastary that was converted into a mircobrewery that made it's own HW. I cannot for the life of me remember the name of the beer, only that there was a Playboy article about the brewery and that the beer was fantastic. You could only buy it locally and we never went through that area again.
