I find it hard to decide. I guess I would pick Brittany Skye if I had to pick. While all mentioned have beautiful eyes, I can't help but feel most were picked because of "brilliant" color that has been enhanced by contacts. In the cases of some with shape and appearance by makeup.
Can anyone find some pics of some of these stars that look less "touched up" yet appear to have "beautiful" peepers?

Brianna Banks, Devon and i dont think anyone has mentioned her yet but Jesse Jane. I think Jesse has the best eyes by far, have u seen her in "Pirates", fucc me dead she is a glamour.
