buzzed hair and Silver mini skirt scene?

I've been remembering one of my favorite scenes from an old movie and I can't figure out at all what it was or who she is. It's some older european movie about a woman getting her own apartment alone that starts with a "job interview in an office" scene, than a bunch of scenes in her shi-shi apartment ending with a big group scene. Somewhere in there is a fantastic scene with a woman that has blond hair buzzed really short and she's wearing a silver mini-dress. Can't figure out who she is or what movie its from. It's one of those high-brow european movies, I think from the 90's that I think has a "cleaner" version, as well. Maybe it's a penthouse thing or "Private" thing, I don't know, but it's very expensive looking. I love the women with the buzzed short hair, though no-one else here seems to, it's like everyone thinks it's too "boyish" or something. So what? Theres no corellation between hot short haired women and gay porn, which seems to be what guys on here are afraid of or something. Anyway, anyone have any ideas what movie or star that might be? thanks.
