- I'm only doing two new years resolutions this year...last year I had eight, but I only want for two things this year: to be able to move to Ontario to be closer to my family, and to pay off all of my debt.

Well, I have to admit I haven't read up on it too much, but from what I've heard, the whole DADT bullshit pisses me off. I hope things change. I don't see how being gay could possibly affect the job they do on the base or on the field. Would being gay affect your skills as a plumber/doctor/musician/athlete? Don't think so, and wouldn't think so here either...so I'm sad for the homosexual community for taking yet another blow to their rights...hopefully things turn around.

I love to cook as well...when I get the time, I love to spend it outdoors, camping, hiking, fishing...I grew up in the country and in cottage country, so I love being outdoors. Skating in the winter. I love to shop but rarely get to, so when I do its a very special time. haha.
