Dentistry was free until recently and even now you can get it very cheap.I had a checkup and 2 X rays last week, cost $20.A series of extractions and/or fillings costs around $80 and if plates,bridges or implants are needed it's $300 for the course regardless of how many.
We don't regard really white teeth as looking natural though.Perhaps it's the same reason as you never see white eggs here.

This really pisses me off, my teeth are fine, all my friends teeth are fine, 80% of people i see out and about if i see their teeth, there fine. The people who usually have fucked up teeth are tramps (bums) and alcoholics, or people with just bad hygiene. Not everyone in the UK has bad teeth, and im pretty sure not everyones teeth in America are perfect.
