I'm waiting for Final Fantasy XII more than any system, but between PS3, 360, and Revolution, I'm likely sticking with Sony as I've done since PSX.

I will most likely buy a PS3 at launch, as long as it is priced around $500 i will have no problem.

I am looking forward to the new ps3, hopefully they release good new games for it as well with better graphics and especially in the sports and action games more life like. I recon the ps3 will be pretty pricey though at first so may wait a couple of months to buy it

I've been looking at the Xbox 360, and it's a great system and everything, but since the PS3 is backward compatible with all the PS2 games I have, it's like no question about which game I'll buy.

The PS3 is supposed to have free online gameplay, and tons more stuff. I can't wait to see what the system is like when I get my hands on a controller. Supposedly it's gonna make Xbox 360 look like childs play.

Buying PS3 as soon as it comes out, it has trounced xbox in the fact that it has good games coming out with it, has nice features and will rival the pc when it comes out (aka, next gen from now).

Also, the xbox was rushed out for the christmas buying period, therefore it was buggy and a piece of crap basically, that put a lot of people off.

I'll wait for PS3 and salivate until then over the screenshots and vids!

You know they are going to be good games how? And what are these nice features? And from all the spec analysis' between the Xbox 360 and PS3, the PS3 will only slightly be better graphically.

And if you don't think the PS3 will be buggy once it's released, then you need to do some reading.

The PS2 had online gameplay too, but it turned out to be a horrible experience. Any kind of online experience that is going to be free will never be as good as an online experience needed to be paid for.

And please, for everyone saying that the PS3 will blow the Xbox360 out of the water, please state some facts why.

I know I’m sounding very defense and biased, but I’m just tired of hearing everyone saying the same thing over and over about how bad the 360 will be compared to the PS3. Bottom line is, no one will know which will be better until the PS3 comes out. I myself own a 360, but I also own a PS2 and already have my PS3 reserved, so I am in no way an Xbox fanboy. I love my 360 and I will most likely love my PS3 if I decide to get it.

From what I have read in gaming magazines, they are putting a lot of work into online gaming for PS3. It's is starting to sound like they plan to make the PS3 your whole "entertainment system".

I thought it was supposed to be out in November. What they honestly need to do with the systems is sit one next to the other. I have nothing against the Xbox 360, I just prefer the PS3.
I hope all 3 systems do well on the market. The real winners in the system wars will be the gamers. Because, they'll be striving to bring out the best in gaming there is. I remember the "Gaming Crash" of the 80's when Atari and Intellivision were the games at war, then they started putting out crap. Thankfully we didn't have to live dormant for too long because NES and Sega went to war.

The rest, shall we say... Is history. I can't even begin to imagine what PS4 would look like. Let alone the next Xbox system.
