It was an interesting case, with a totally innocent victim.
basically 2 people had 2 giant killer dogs in their apartment building, they ****** a woman,'
but there was alot more to the case than just that.
the dog owners complete indifference for one.
Just curious what you all might think is a proper punishment if any for the dog owners in this case.
