I already posted my thoughts on this topic, and now I see you jumping into this thread with xfire and once again transforming another thread into a place where you cry bullshit over how you are treated on this board. Quite frankly, I think it's stupid. If you need someone to hold your hand everytime you take a shit that's perfectly fine but do not come on this board expecting everyone to be loving and tolerant of you when you give them absolutely no reason why they should be.

To return to the topic, I shall post this again. Try not to derail it this time-
There are some indisputable facts in this case.
1) Trayvon Martin was unarmed
2) George Zimmerman followed Martin, even after 9-1-1 told him not to
3) Martin was staying at his Dad's girlfriends house, which was in that particular community, giving Martin every right to be there
Spin it however you want, Zimmerman initiated the confrontation and killed an unarmed kid. Martin committed no crime that night. He "looked suspicious". For the life of me I can't figure out how anyone can defend what George Zimmerman did. He's not a cop, was the antagonist, and ultimately killed a kid for being black walking down the street. IF Trayvon Martin attacked George Zimmerman after Zimmerman followed him in the dark who here wouldn't have done the same thing? Sam Fisher and Geroges would have blown Zimmerman's head off, they say as much in the posts above. Had they been Trayvon Martin, would we be calling on their prosecution for murder?

No Grand Jury in Trayvon Martin Shooting
A Florida special prosecutor will not bring the Trayvon Martin shooting before a grand jury, her office announced today.
The grand jury is scheduled to be convened April 10, but will not hear evidence about the shooting of the unarmed black teenager by George Zimmerman, a white Hispanic neighborhood watch captain. In making the announcement, special prosecutor Angela Corey said her office was continuing to investigate the Feb. 26 shooting.
“The decision should not be considered a factor in the final determination of the case,” her office said in a statement. Not using a grand jury leaves the decision whether to indict Zimmerman up to Corey. That decision could come as early as this week.
Benjamin Crump, the lawyer for the Martin family, said he was not surprised by the announcement, but was still hoping that Zimmerman would soon be arrested. “The family has been patient throughout this process and asks that those who support them do the same during this very important investigation,” Crump said. Ever since Corey was appointed special prosecutor on March 22 by Gov. Rick Scott, she has said that she may not utilize a grand jury. There has been growing pressure for an indictment of Zimmerman, although Zimmerman, 28, and his supporters claim he fired in self defense after he was attacked by Trayvon, who was 17. The Sanford, Fla., police department was temporarily closed today as a handful of protesters wearing hooded sweatshirts in solidarity with Martin blocked the entrance, sang songs and chanted “Freedom.”
