I have been watching videos and photo shoots of German, Czech and American Models and Pornstars wearing World Cup Soccer outfits (Tank Tops with the Team colors and short skirt sets).

Anyone knows were these items can be purchased on-line, would be appreciated very much.

Modern Transylvania is in Romania, and the population of it is c75% Romanian.

Actually we are both correct as the Board Member was not specific as to which Transylvania (Modern or Original) he was referring to. Hungary still has a Town/City/State called Transylvania and in Romania there is a zone composed of several Towns/Cities/States called the Modern Transylvania.
